UI Developer

• Provide web-based front-end design and development services

• Design easy-to-use interfaces for both internal users and customers

• Update existing systems and create new interfaces to address changing needs

• Existing frameworks include React and Angular 9+

• Follow accepted modern design standards when implementing new interfaces

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience providing front-end web development

• Experience consuming REST web services and implementing websockets communication

• Experience with RxJS and/or metadata-driven dynamic UI building a plus

• A love for solving puzzles and finding solutions to complex problems

• Very well organized

• Ability to work with users with widely varying technical skills

• Quick response to requests during business hours

• Ability to prioritize requests when necessary

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Data Engineer

• Typically requires 5+ years of experience in software development.

• Expert in at least one of the following programming languages: (Python, Scala, Java).

• Expert in large-scale data processing using parallel computing (e.g. Apache Spark, Hadoop, Dask).

• Workflow orchestrations (e.g., Airflow, Luigi).

• Proficiency in the Python programming language.

• Proficiency in Python frameworks and libraries for scientific computing (e.g. Numpy, Pandas, SciPy, Pytorch, Pyarrow).

• Designing and maintaining relational and file system databases (e.g. Postgres, SQL, Parquet, S3, Data Lake).

• Great understanding of infrastructure designs.

• In depth experience working with enterprise DE tools and the ability to learn and improve upon in-house DE tools.

• Experience designing and implementing custom ETL workflows.

• Demonstrated technical leadership and good communication skills.

Service Representative

• Respond to customer inquires and concerns in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner

• Handle a constant flow of emails/Calls for customer service.

• Takes direction very well, works independently to finish tasks timely.

• Ability to keep notes and maintain information on orders based on customer issues with items on spreadsheet (CRM).

• Provide detailed information about our products and services

• Resolve product issues and questions with a friendly and efficient attitude

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our new & current products and services

• Responsible for building and maintaining our social media presence via existing accounts with various platforms (i.e. YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

• Complete special projects & tasks as needed by the company

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• General miscellaneous clerical work and office upkeep
